Extended Technical Support

The technology of parking systems has become more and more complex during the last couple of years. ICA has taken this into account and offers its customers the option to choose extended technical support.
This includes the following components:

  • central back-up service of the car park system on ICA servers
  • connection of the parking system to the hotline to handle system failure messages
  • preventive messages to the customer, e.g. in case of imminent card shortage
  • remote control of the system upon customer request
