Access Control Device

The access control devices, for example, enable holders of long-term parking cards to access restricted areas. The device checks all cards for authorizations and whether the user is blocked from entering certain areas or the car park. In addition, the reader verifies whether a control unit has already passed in the direction of traffic (anti-passback system).

The ZKG is connected to a barrier or the opening mechanism of a roller shutter via potential-free contacts. The menu can be navigated using an LC display.

The flexible connection of the online ZKG to the existing parking system allows for control from a central site. Thus, all data acquired by the control device can be called up by the central station for evaluation purposes.
